We aim to dispatch every order quickly, securely and with full tracking, so you know exactly where your parcel is from the moment it leaves us.


UK Delivery

Free Standard Delivery

We offer Free UK Delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.

All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing fully tracked delivery from dispatch through to delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is typically delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may occasionally vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.


Express Delivery

Express Delivery is available on eligible UK orders.

Where available, Express Delivery aims to deliver within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery options and charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed.


Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched the same business day or the next business day, depending on when they are placed.

Orders are not dispatched on:

  • Sundays
  • UK Bank Holidays
  • Public Holidays

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.


Order Tracking

Every UK order includes tracking.

You can track your parcel using the tracking link in your dispatch email or by visiting the Royal Mail website and entering your tracking reference.


Delivery Delays

While we always aim to dispatch promptly, delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.

Occasionally deliveries may take longer due to:

  • adverse weather
  • high seasonal demand
  • Royal Mail operational delays
  • industrial action
  • circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience should this happen.


International Delivery

At present, Department Store UK only delivers within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.


Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
